The knife design that put Medford Knife & Tool on the map has grown up…so to speak. This newest addition to the Praetorian line up is a wicked departure from our typical design approach as it is our first liner-lock style knife. The liner is 6Al4V Titanium and the G10 scales make for a much more efficient build and lighter chassis for our standard Praetorian Tanto blade. Everything about this knife should seem familiar to the MKT customer and no corner has been cut to bring this beast of a knife to you. The Praetorian Scout M/P comes either completely blacked-out or in OD Green, with a D2 Tanto Blade, PVD Hardware, PVD Clip, PVD Breaker.

From the looks of it to the feel of it in your hand, and performance of the D2 to the little details like the smoothing of the G10 under the pocket clip so not to chew up your pants, it's worth every penny. This is the knife I've wanted since before Greg started making them. Love the oversized jimping. Love the handle thickness. It's comfortable to use all day. Plus if you lay it down for a second in the Arizona sun, you won't burn your hand picking it back up, like my Genesis T. Love my Genisis T, but for a work knife, you can't beat the Scout MP. It cuts jet line, splits wire jackets, cuts the occasional piece of acoustical tile and even will do as a keyhole saw in a pinch. Sharpens easy and holds that edge for a long time even doing everything I mentioned on a daily basis. One of my 3 favorite knives, and yes, the other two are Medfords as well.
My daily carry for around a month now. Love it! Don't know why it's not a regular issue to every Marine in the Corps, it's that tough! The sides are textured for a non-slip grip, the blade has enough weight to carry through with a gentle flip to the solid click of the lock. Rock solid American quality and craftmanship from tip to breaker, and mine's missing the breaker. That's how good it feels!
Stop debating, if you're thinking about one click "Buy Now" you will not be disappointed!
