Elite Emperors Guard Praetorian Guards were elite men chosen from the Legions of Rome to serve as personal protectors of the Emperor. The MKT Praetorian T is just such a knife. This awesome design is topped only by the strength of the materials from which its made. .190 blade thickness, .125 thick solid Titanium frames and .250 pivots and hardware make this a knife like no other. Beautiful form and function, unsurpassed reliability and 2000 years from now archeologists will be amazed by the hand tools we once crafted.
All Praetorian variants come with a D2, NP3 coated tempered-glass breaking pommel. We have extensively tested these tips and you find them utterly dependable and 100% functional. No gimmick. No variations of this breaker, in material or form, will be done by MKT as it is meant to be an emergency lifesaving feature and not for ornamental appeal. If testing wear hand and arm protection as overexertion will ABSOLUTELY result in cuts to the hand and arm.

This week i completed my first order with Medford. I had an issue with the website ( probably my internet connection tbh). So i called the number provided, and i got Amy, and then to finalize the order, Lindsay called me. On both occasions i received very plesent and eager customer service! I will be buying again in the future. Thank you MKT for some of the best customer service i have had in a long time. ?

I don’t know why people say they are too big, IT’S PERFECT!!You guys do amazing work and the knife is so nice right out the box, I got an all black one with black hardware and flame clip!!....this thing is going to be buried with me!!! that's how much I love it!!All my other knives with the exception of my microtech’s and Guardian tactile are going on eBay pronto because my praetorian just blows them away
Dear Mr. Medford,
my name is Tobias and I live in southern Germany, I am writing to you because I think you deserve a few praises. A few days ago I bought my first Medford knife, a praetorian T, and I must say a dream came true. Almost ten years ago I started to get into the knife hobby and as most I couldn´t/did not want to spent so much money on knives but as time went by I went up in price and bought all the usual suspects, but never felt right, I know this sounds strange but I guess You understand this better than anyone. When I saved up for the Praetorian T and got the box opened I thought "this is it, finally". This will not be my last Medford!
Thank you very much and I hope you all stay healthy and safe,
I got my Praetorian T and must say I loooooove this knife. At first after placing my order and looking through countless reviews about how “Big” people thought the Praetorian was gotta say I was overjoyed by this knife when I got it as it’s the PERFECT size not too big at all.The Praetorian has not left my side in 2 weeks, there is not a single bad thing I can say about ,or anything I woukd change. My all murdered out black Praet T with flamed clip is the crowning jewel of my knife collection ,it’s worth every penny.
I purchased the Praetorian T after reading & watching countless articles & videos. This lead to a concern about actually carrying the knife - given the size and weight.
After receiving the Praetorian T - I am no longer concerned. The pocket clip is well designed for this blade, and the size still allows me to pull a pack of smokes out of my jeans' pocket.
If you enjoy the design & can stomach the cost - this offering is absolute aces!
The detent is perfectly tuned out of the box. You will not fight it like a Sebenza - my specimen came with both the detent and opening action quite pleasant to operate. NO play in ANY blade position!
I wanted a blade that could accompany me to the ranch, but also act as a backup weapon when entering places where packing heat is less-than-optimal. The Praetorian T has blown me away, and will now be on my person whenever I leave the house. Buy one, just do it. Eat ramen noodles for a month if needed, there will be no regrets.
