RMA INSTRUCTIONS
1. Print off a copy of the Email Confirmation page (you will receive this after submitting your RMA order via the checkout page).
2. Write the RMA # from the email on the OUTSIDE of the box.
3. Wrap your knife in bubble wrap or paper and rubber band it.
DO NOT SEND CASE, ORIGINAL WHITE BOX, OR OTHER MATERIALS THAT CAME WITH YOUR KNIFE. THEY WILL NOT BE RETURED
4. Place your knife and Email Confirmation page INSIDE the box. When sending your knife (ves) in for servicing, a unique RMA number must be generated for each individual knife. Multiple knives can be mailed in using the same box, but please write both RMA numbers on the outside of the box and include both Email Confirmation pages inside the box.
5. Ship the box to us via UPS, FedEx or DHL ONLY.
DO NOT SHIP WITH THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE
Turnaround time can be anywhere between 24 hours and 2-3 weeks, depending on the services needed and our current RMA load.
Certain shipping and any additional service/parts/labor fees are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please call the factory with any questions.
