Field Master-2
Story
The Field Master is a classically designed all-around field and utility knife. A traditional Western-style blade and handle lends itself to common cutting, chopping and prying tasks. The FM-1 tang has three wrenches embedded under the paracord wrap and a 1/4" drive hex in the pommel for various standard screwdriver and wrench attachments. The pommel has a 90 degree striking surface and the top hilt area has a serrated thumb groove for more refined blade control. As always, lanyards are recommended for heavy chopping safety.

History
The Medford Field Master-2 (also referred to as FM1 Field Master) was produced by Medford Knife and Tool, a company known for crafting large, robust, and expertly made knives entirely in the USA. While specific introduction dates and launch pricing are not readily available, the model has since been discontinued. Variants included different handle materials and sheath colors, such as Desert Camo and Woodland Camo paracord wraps with matching Kydex sheaths. The KnifeCenter listings indicate the model is no longer available.
